Housekeeping & Cleaning Technician

We're looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented person who takes pride in doing a job right.
You don't need professional cleaning experience—we'll train you. What matters most is your work ethic, attention to detail, willingness to learn, reliability, and ability to take ownership of your work.

What You'll Do
You'll provide professional residential cleaning services in customers' homes, including:
Routine residential cleanings
Deep cleanings
Move-in and move-out cleanings
Vacation rental cleanings
Light office cleaning
Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
Working independently in customers' homes most of the time
No professional cleaning experience is required. We'll train you on our systems and standards.
Have experience in hotel housekeeping, residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, hospitality, or another physically demanding role? That's a plus. Experience in these environments can be great preparation for this position because they require stamina, attention to detail, efficiency, and high standards.
Your Schedule
Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Weekends off
No regular night shifts
Team meetings every other Wednesday may begin earlier
Most days follow the regular schedule, but occasional customer corrections or business needs may require you to stay later or return to a home the same day
We want someone who values a predictable weekday schedule but also understands that residential cleaning sometimes requires flexibility to take care of the customer.
Requirements
Valid driver's license
Reliable personal vehicle available for work
Authorized to work in the USA
Able to lift, bend, kneel and perform physical cleaning work throughout the day
Comfortable working around pets
Able to commute within approximately 20–25 minutes of New Bern
Dependable attendance and punctuality
